MXL/XL Idlers are precision-engineered toothed idlers designed for synchronous belt systems. They are available in two standardized tooth profiles: MXL and XL, catering to light-duty, high-precision motion control applications.

These idlers feature a robust construction with steel bearings for durability and smooth operation. The pulley body and integrated flanges are machined from 6061 aluminum alloy, offering an optimal balance of strength and lightweight properties. To meet various environmental and aesthetic requirements, components can be finished with clear anodizing for corrosion resistance while maintaining a metallic appearance, or nickel plating for enhanced surface hardness and wear resistance.

Available with a tooth count range of 16 to 60, they provide flexibility for different speed ratios and layout designs. Two primary bearing configurations are offered: the Center Bearing Type for compact designs and standard loads, and the Dual Bearing Type for improved stability and higher load capacity in demanding applications.
