The Screw Clamping Type Aluminum Alloy Circular Diaphragm Coupling employs an aviation-grade T6 aluminum alloy hub and a polished 304 stainless steel diaphragm. It offers ultra-high torsional rigidity (±0.01° accuracy) and zero-backlash connection for precise, bi-directional power transmission. Its optimized low-inertia design supports high-speed operation up to 8000 rpm.

 

Specially engineered for high-precision servo/stepper motors, it compensates for angular and axial misalignment and features high-strength clamping screws. This coupling is an ideal component for demanding applications including industrial robot joints, 5-axis CNC machining centers, semiconductor wafer handling, and precision optical inspection systems.
