II. Working Principles and Usage Specifications  

The working principle of linear bearings is based on the cyclic rolling of steel balls between the outer cylinder and the guide shaft. This design enables nearly frictionless linear motion while maintaining high motion accuracy. It is particularly important to note that standard linear bearings are suitable only for pure linear motion scenarios and must not be subjected to rotational loads, as this may cause retainer deformation or ball jamming.  


For installation and usage, strict adherence to matching tolerance requirements is essential. We strongly recommend using guide shafts with a g6 tolerance grade and bearing housings with an h7 tolerance grade, as these are critical factors for ensuring smooth system operation and extending service life. All factory products undergo rigorous quality inspections and are coated with specialized anti-rust oil for protection. Users should evaluate whether supplemental lubrication is required based on actual working conditions, especially in high-speed, high-load, or special-environment applications.

Surface chrome plating further enhances rust resistance, making them suitable for general industrial environments.  


2. Corrosion-Resistant Specification Products: Made from 304 or 440 series stainless steel, these are processed with special techniques to ensure dimensional stability. This series can withstand acid, alkali, and humid environments, fully meeting the stringent requirements of industries such as food processing and medical equipment.  


For retainers, we offer two options: steel retainers provide higher strength and durability, making them suitable for heavy-load or impact-load conditions; resin retainers excel in noise reduction and cost control, making them ideal for light-load, low-noise applications.
