iHF Linear Ball Slide for 3C Inspection Equipment
Productfeatures:
The linear ball slide employs a precision-machined double arc groove structure on the main body of the slide. Balls are arranged in an orderly manner within the grooves, and their rolling motion enables high-precision guidance and smooth linear movement.
We currently offer three types of linear ball slides: the micrometer head feed type, the lead screw drive type, and the micrometer feed type. All models are equipped with quantized adjustment function, with a minimum reading value of 0.01mm, making them suitable for precision adjustment applications.
Among these, the lead screw drive type features a Gothic arc groove design, which enables four-point contact between the balls and the raceway at a 45° angle. This structure not significantly enhances rigidity but also achieves micron-level positioning accuracy and extremely smooth, backlash-free movement.
