On August 1st, iHF Group held a grand "2025 Mid-Year Review and Second Half-Year Business Plan Mobilization Meeting" in Jinggangshan. The core management teams of iHF Group's four subsidiaries gathered together, guided by the Group's strategic blueprint and clear goals, focusing on "customer-centricity," deepening the "strategy + finance + talent" three-dimensional drive, systematically reviewing the gains and losses of the first half of the year, jointly outlining the blueprint for the second half, and uniting collaborative efforts to ensure the achievement of annual goals!

01 Customer-Centric Approach: Reviewing and Summarizing Experiences

At the beginning of the meeting, executives from four subsidiaries—Hefeng Gear, iHF Planetary Gearbox, Dongguan iHF, and Suzhou iHF—shared their experiences in reviewing the first half of 2025, providing in-depth analysis of highlights, success factors, and key challenges.

Next, Mr. Cao Xiaolin, General Manager of iHF Group, first summarized the overall operations for the first half of the year, affirming the achievements, clarifying the direction, and outlining high-level requirements for the key tasks in the second half of the year. He emphasized the need to adopt a "customer-centric" approach to problem-solving, utilizing "digitalized operating models + non-standard AI-based quoting" to reduce resource waste and costs, improve high-quality management, ensure product quality, improve the timeliness of customer quotations, and meet customer delivery deadlines.

02 Empowering Practical Application, Enhancing Skills Through Action Learning

In addition to this summary and review, General Manager Cao Xiaolin invited senior enterprise management expert, Mr. Fu, to deliver a practical course on "Enterprise Business Planning" to enhance the team's leadership capabilities. Through consultative training, the course systematically imparted the framework, scientific tools, and methodologies for developing business plans, effectively improving the core team's business thinking and strategic vision.

Immediately after the course, the senior management teams of the four subsidiaries quickly embraced action learning, engaging in a fierce team competition focused on their second-half business plans. Under the guidance of Mr. Fu, each team meticulously refined their plans based on their own circumstances and presented them on stage. The plans were rigorously evaluated by a judging panel comprised of Mr. Cao Xiaolin, his wife Ms. Zou Hongying, and Mr. Fu, resulting in a vibrant exchange of ideas and exciting discussions!

After intense competition, the Dongguan iHF team emerged victorious, winning first place in the competition and a cash prize of 1000 RMB, thanks to their outstanding presentation and comprehensive capabilities!

03 Resolute Vows, Anchoring Goals for a New Journey

The highlight of the meeting was the solemn signing of the "2025 Second Half-Year Group Operating Target Commitment Letter" by all core management personnel. Amidst the resounding pledges, the consensus on goals was solidified, and a sense of responsibility was deeply ingrained!

From 1:30 PM to 2:00 AM the following day, a 12-hour in-depth discussion, brainstorming, and consensus-building process not only yielded a clear business plan for the second half of the year but also significantly enhanced understanding and collaboration within the team, laying a solid foundation for efficient execution in the future!

04. A Red Baptism: Drawing Strength for Further Ascents

The following day, with reverence, all members traveled to Jinggang Mountain, a revolutionary holy site. Retracing the Red Army's route and climbing the revolutionary peak, they deeply experienced the Jinggang Mountain spirit of "firm belief, arduous struggle, seeking truth from facts, daring to forge new paths, relying on the masses, and courage to win."

At the summit of the majestic Jinggang Mountains, Mr. Cao Xiaolin, the group's leader, boosted morale: "We climbed to the top of the revolution and experienced the hardships of starting a business! Our development today needs this spirit of constantly striving for new heights! I firmly believe that if we climb Jinggang Mountains, iHF's performance will definitely triple!"
