Tooth groove dimensions vary slightly depending on the number of teeth. Tooth pitch (5mm)

  • For shaft hole specifications H (round hole), V, F (stepped hole), and Y (stepped hole at both ends), there are no threaded holes.

  • The inside of the shaft hole may not be surface treated.

  • * For pulleys with type A and shaft holes with P or N holes, the two threaded holes are located approximately 120° or 90° from the center of the tooth groove.

Tooth pitch dimensions vary slightly depending on the number of teeth. Tooth pitch (10mm)

  • For 34, 50, and 60 teeth, t = 2 (turned flange).

  • For shaft hole specifications H (round hole), V, F (stepped hole), and Y (stepped hole at both ends), no threaded holes are present.

  • The inside of the shaft hole may not be surface treated.

  • For T10250 and T10300 pulleys with 44 to 60 teeth, the hole pitch is 11; for T10400 and T10600 pulleys, the hole pitch is (L-W)/2.

  • The dimensions in parentheses within the L dimension refer to pulleys with 44 to 60 teeth.

  • * For pulleys with A-type pulleys and P or N-type shaft holes, the two threaded holes are located approximately 120° or 90° from the center of the tooth gap.
